homeThe inaugural concert of Chamber Music Amici was presented Monday, June 1, at 7:30 pm at the Wildish Community Theater, 630 Main Street, Springfield, Oregon.

This concert celebrated the birth of the first resident company of the Wildish Community Theater and introduced all five Core Musicians: Pilar Bradshaw, violin; Amy Goeser Kolb, oboe; Steven Pologe, cello; Sharon Schuman, violin; and Victor Steinhardt, piano, joined by special guest, Fritz Gearhardt, viola. In a program short enough to attend on a school night, but exciting enough to feel like a party, we performed W. A. Mozart’s oboe quartet, Robert Schumann’s piano quintet, and Francis Poulenc’s sonata for oboe and piano.
